See how your body reacts to any bad thing:
When any bad thing comes, your body automatically increases your breath pace, the increase in breath pace means your body is increasing it function for you to face that bad thing.
If you run away from the bad thing, comes Fear = Live to Die Mindset
If you face the bad thing head on, comes Believe = Live to Live Mindset
So the increase in breath you feel, is not fear, but your body preparing you to tackle the bad thing - you can simply call it been tense
If you run away from been tense then comes fear
But
If you face it head on, comes Believe
As your breath increases, flow with it, count it 1 and 2 and prepare for action.
We choose Believe over Fear repeatedly!
