The good news is that imMortality is perplex and only those doing the hard work to align with Nature will be an imMortal. 

Once you start aligning with Nature, pain becomes a natural part of life, you will control your stress level to be balance by knowing when you are having too much stress or too less stress - you will give yourself more time to get things done. 

Because we imMortals have all the time in the World - we just Flow repeatedly. 

Balancing your stress level is you balancing your youth, as too much stress or too less stress makes the skin to die gradually

You will procrastinate and still get things done on time, you will be flexible but yet fixed, you will be good but yet bad all depending on the situation and context. 

Such balance, is you aligning with Nature - no too much or too less of anything, only BALANCE
