Kindly note: "Refunds are given, when a design cannot be completed at the given time" Money, that are Post-Paid has "No Refund but can be use to do other designs equal to the Money paid" Case 1: A design goes for 1k naira and a customer paid in 2k naira instead of the 1k naira. No Refunds, but the Money can be use to do other designs. Case 2: A design goes for 1k naira, Customer paid 1k naira and after few hours, Customer start asking for refunds due to personal reasons.
